System Administrator SAP Business Objects wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Higher education coupled with MCSA certification and SAP Certified Application Associate Business Objects Enterprise
- Several years of working experience with SAP Business Objects 4.2, such as Enterprise Platform and Client Tools and profound background in a support function
- Practical knowledge in supporting large scale DWH and Business Intelligence enterprise environments
- Know-how of Windows Server 2012 with excellent analytical troubleshooting skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Maintaining support and operations services for a large-scale multi-application Business Objects deployment
- Working together with end users, solution designers, report developers and other functions on issues regarding processes and design
- Providing first and second level support, managing support resolution efforts for large-scale issues as well as analysing and resolving outages
- Conducting project teams on building applications on the Business Objects platform as well as creating platform standards and guidelines
- Supervising software implementation and support of Business Intelligence tools
