For a client in the telecommunication industry in Zurich we are currently looking for a system administrator

DUTIES

- Operation of monitoring solution
- Operation of MS Mediaroom Applications
- Operation and expansion of clients TV platform
- Trouble-shooting and root-cause analysis
- ITIL Process supervising for Client
- Readiness to fulfil first response (7x24) as 3rd level support for clients TV plattform

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Project implementations skills
- Scripting skills and log parser knowledge mandatory
- Experience in operations of MS Mediaroom (preferred)
- Experience in operation and expansion of TV platforms (preferred)
- Good experience in trouble-shooting and analysis (root-cause) required
- Good cooperation with internal- and external customers/providers
- Good experience and knowledge over the ITIL framework
- Microsoft MCSE preferred
