Our client, a leading IT Services business in Belgium, is hiring for a ServiceNow specialist to provide administration and development services in Brussels.
The role will involve day-to-day administration, support, maintenance and configuration of the ServiceNow platform; (including second/third level of support for the Itineris team), monitor the health of the system, administration and debugging tasks.
We are looking for candidates with a good understanding and proven experience of ServiceNow Workflow Editing, Report Generation, Performance Analytics, Update Sets, Glide Records and System, CMS, Orchestrator/MID Server and Discovery; Very good understanding of the ServiceNow data models; Good understanding of web development technologies used in ServiceNow: JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, Webservices API (SOAP or REST), AJAX, JSON, XML JQuery, AngularJS, and Bootstrap experience;
