System Administrator/Citrix, Vmware Support

On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a System Administrator with strong experience in the Citrix, VMware support field. For this 6 months contract position (option of an extension) based in Zürich in Switzerland, our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- In charge of the 3rd Level support including change implementation
- Take care of escalations from level 1 and 2 support teams
- Manage the global Citrix, VMware and remote access Infrastructure.
- Provide support and coverage during BCM tests

The skills and experience needed for this position are:

- 3+ years' experience in a Citrix/VMware Support Role
- Experienced in System Administration
- Willing to do weekend coverage for any Sev 1/2 escalations
- Level 3 support and installations of Citrix & ESX Servers experience is a plus
- Fluent in English
