System Administrator - BPM, Weblogic, Linux

For our client a multinational company based in Basel we are currently looking for a SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR - BPM, WEBLOGIC, LINUX

MAIN TASKS:

- Operations & Administration for BPM, WebLogic, Apache Tomcat
- Installation & configuration of BPM and WebLogic Application Server including clustering where applicable
- Creating and configuring new instances of WebLogic Application Server, BPM engines & workspaces
- Infrastructure upgrades/version upgrades, create and maintain installation
- Start, Stop Application Server and Web server per schedule or on need basis.
- Monitoring Application Servers & Applications
- Application/Project Support
- Sitescope Administration
- Write and execute Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) documents
- Platform health - ensuring capacity and performance proactively
- Creating/configuring new platform environments
- Deploying applications
- Infrastructure upgrades maintaining Middleware version and patch levels on all systems managed by EWS according to platform roadmap
- Root cause analysis
- Reviewing and approving change management requests
- Execute regular quality spot check audits of work (eg incidents, change management requests, documentation etc.) for quality/compliance
- Knowledge transfer and training of staff
- Maintain accurate configuration management records
- Application Architecture/Code Reviews
- Monitoring the health of the platform
- Providing architecture recommendations and implementation plans based upon industry knowledge
- Proactive tunings in compliance with the future direction/expectations of the portal and applications
- New Middleware version builds as defined in EWS's platform standards
- BPM source code management system operation

MAIN SKILLS:

- Oracle database administration: intermediate
- Unix/Linux/Windows Operating system: advanced
- Server infrastructure (disk, network card): intermediate
- Oracle Weblogic: expert with WLST experience
- Oracle SOA stack: intermediate
- Oracle BPM 10 and 11: advanced
- Apache 2: advanced
- Subversion: basic
- IT Security: intermediate
- Network (DNS, ssl, protocols, accelerators, load-balancers): intermediate
- ITIL: intermediate
- Experience with Remedy: optional but an advantage
- Experience in working in a GxP environment: intermediate
- HP monitoring suite: optional but an advantage
- Load-testing tools (jmeter, phantomjs, casperjs): optional but an advantage
- Diagnositic/root cause analysis in complex Middleware setups: advanced
- English: fluent
- Experience in the pharma industry
