For our banking client we are currently looking for a SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 2 months (extension might be possible)
Location: Zurich
Your tasks
- Be responsible for L3 support including change implementation of enterprise class remote computing solutions.
- Respond and provide support to escalations from level 1 and 2 support teams.
- Be responsible for the management of the global Citrix, VMware and remote access Infrastructure incidents during EMEA hours with an element of weekend coverage for any Sev 1/2 escalations.
- Follow established procedures and processes to ensure that Audit and Regulatory requirements are met.
- Participate, provide support and coverage during BCM tests.
- Follow company standards and procedures including security and change control.
- Participate in projects may these be from initial technical evaluation phase to providing design and implementation plans to respective stakeholders according to project requirements.
The ideal candidate shall bring
- experience in working in similar role
- deep Citrix knowledge
- Windows server (2008, etc) knowledge
- VMware
- customer-focused team player, who enjoys with your technical experience to interface with stakeholders and consumers of the service across ranks and functions
- experience providing provide a stable and reliable environments for bank's customers
- Fluent English (German is a an advantage)
