SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English speaking SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR. For this contract position based in Zürich, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
You'll be working in the Service Operations team and you will interact with Operations Teams in CH, UK, US & APAC. The Global Operation Teams provide L3 support and installations of Citrix & ESX Server. The Global Operation Teams provide Application Deployment on Citrix Servers. The Global Operation Teams provide installation and support of Remote Access Gateways (Netscaler & Juniper). The Global Operation Teams provide Security Patching on Citrix Servers and Remote Access Gateways
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Be responsible for L3 support including change implementation of enterprise class remote computing solutions
- Respond and provide support to escalations from level 1 and 2 support teams
- Be responsible for the management of the global Citrix, VMware and remote access Infrastructure incidents during EMEA hours
- Follow established procedures and processes to ensure that Audit and Regulatory requirements are met
- Participate, provide support and coverage during BCM tests
- Follow company standards and procedures including security and change control
- Participate in projects may these be from initial technical evaluation phase to providing design and implementation plans to respective stakeholders according to project requirements
You must possess:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong experience with Citrix, Windows Servers and WMware
