The 3 skills we are ideally looking for is listed in its order of importance:
Citrix (any experience level) (XenApp, Xen Desktop)
VMware
Windows
It would be nice, but not required, if they had compliance experience (PCI, HIPPA)
We are looking for someone with a lot of enthusiasm, like an always-changing environment, someone that has worked in mid-large companies (used to working with policies and procedures). Someone that likes working on a team.
Conversion at $60-$75k.
There are 7 people on the team. The manager is easy going and allows for flexible hours.
Will consider all experience levels as long as they have some Citrix.
