In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating internal telephone directories while providing excellent customer service to clients ensuring professional and timely service delivery.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:
- Extensive experience as a switchboard operator utilising computer switchboard consoles
- PC familiarity and the ability to learn new PC applications
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly and accurately within a fast paced environment
- Ability to obtain a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security clearance
