Swift Payments Systems Specialist

Our client a leading Retail bank require a SWIFT systems SME to join their busy payments team in Edinburgh. The candidate must be an all-rounder with a minimum of 5 years experience (with SWIFT) that can undertake production support as well as development/test change throughout the Project life cycle. You must be able to work unaided and engage with projects team and senior management.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced payment expert to join a busy team utilising your skills across multiple projects and supporting all areas of the business.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- In-depth understanding of SWIFT Messaging
- Install, configure and support:
- SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFT Alliance Gateway, SWIFT Alliance Web Platform, SWIFT Alliance Web Station
- Understanding of UNIX
- Understanding of Windows Server
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Understanding of FIN, Crest, CLS (Market Infrastructure Browser Services)
- Ability to mentor junior members of staff.

THE FOLLOWING SYSTEM SKILLS WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE:
