One of our Major Clients is urgently looking for a SWIFT 2nd Line Customer Support Engineer.

Please find some details below:

SCOPE OF WORK:

Assist the Key Client support team in HQ in the day to day call and problem management activities (weekdays only)

PROJECT NAME:

Premium Support 

SKILLS (WITH EXPERT LEVEL):

SWIFT interface knowledge - preferably certified on the Alliance product family.

Customer exposure dealing with SWIFT issues.

Knowledge on Networks, Oracle, WebSphere, AIX, Solaris, Linux are all assets
