Swedish Speaking Business Analyst with Insurance

For our customer we are looking for a SWEDISH SPEAKING BUSINESS ANALYST WITH INSURANCE experience for an assignment in Stockholm, Sweden for 6 - 12 months start ASAP or September.

Must Have
- 7 to 12+ years of work experience as business analyst in Insurance industry
- Strong Insurance experience in P&C and Life (minimum 5 years)
- Experience in managing Business and IT stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Should have worked as a Business analyst for Web/Digital application, Integration.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies including Agile - Scrum
- Strong communication skills, adaptable to change and ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint
- Must be fluent in Swedish and English
Job Description
- Business Architect with strong knowledge in Insurance industry, P&C, Life.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from multiple disciplines to elicit business, data and functional requirements.
- Translate requirements into clearly defined and easily understood documents, including: project charters, use cases, process flows, data flows, business
- rules, wireframes, etc.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that the technology solution satisfies business requirements.
- Collect, manipulate, reconcile, and review participant data - identifying and resolving issues as they arise
- Resolve more complex plan provision questions and issues surfaced by less experienced Analysts
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
