PROFESSIONAL SOFTWARE-ENGINEER ETL/DWH

Tasks and Responsibilities
Design and Implementation of ETL Interfaces within EDWH
Translate business mappings to detailed technical mappings
Contributes to the design of technical solutions
Writes technical documentation
2nd Level Support for developed software components
On demand
Contribute to Design and Implementation of data models (relational, dimensional)
Implementation of Shell Scripts

Job qualifications
Excellent ETL design and implementation know how (Oracle ODI)
Excellent SQL-know how
More than 5 years experience within DWH area (temporal data management, layer architecture, metadata, )
good knowledge of data structures, entity relationship diagrams
Ability to work on an UNIX (Linux) environment
good analytical skills (analyze specifications and translate requirements to task specifications)
good knowledge of software design methods and techniques
good command of English

Following skills are an additional asset:
Oracle, Teradata know how
banking business know how
knowledge in requirements engineering

Start: 2.1.2014 - 31.
Location: Wien/Fulltime/onsite
