SVQ Assessor - Peripatetic

Cornerstone is an SQA Approved Centre. The post holder will be fully engaged in the assessment and development of Cornerstone staff that require a qualification in care. You will assess at SVQ levels 2 and 3, which equate to the Scottish Credit Quality Framework levels 5 -7.

The qualification presently being delivered at level 2 and 3 is Social Services and Healthcare. You will progress candidates to completion using a planned and systematic approach.

A driving licence and use of a vehicle are essential to this post as the successful candidate will be required to travel across Cornerstone's services in the West.

A qualification in care and assessment is a requirement for this post. Quality, progress and timescales will be fundamental to this role.

Although this post is advertised as a full time position, we would accept applications from candidates interested in part time as two part time assessors would be considered.
