You will be joining a large public sector organisation working on several home improvement projects
For this role you must have: -
- experience of surveying residential properties for disabled adaptations
- the ability to submit plans for building control and planning approval
- be able to manage on site projects to contract specifications
- be able to use CAD software and able to use excel/word/outlook
-experience of working with vulnerable client groups a bonus
