Surepay Configuration Designer

OUR CLIENT, TELCO COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR A SUREPAY CONFIGURATION DESIGNER FOR A 3 MONTH CONTRACT TO BE BASED IN NEWBURY.

As a Surepay Configuration Designer you will providing specialist knowledge of Surepay core functionality and best practice design approach for configuring prepay services and propositions in line with client principles for configuration. A successful candidate will be responsible for designing and configuration SME for prepay services and propositions.

KEY DELIVERABLE:

- Provide input to best practice for design and configuration of prepay services and propositions
- Analyse and assess impact business and technical requirements
- Identify up and downstream impacts of requirements and solutions
- Design solutions leveraging out of the box capabilities
- Build knowledge through industry best practice, client wide peers, research and share skill development within team

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Relevant business background (Telco)
- Analysis, design and configuration of prepay propositions and services
- stakeholders management
- Understanding of system interdependencies for Real Time rating
- Credible, influential and professional
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong decision maker
- Self motivated, enthusiastic and energetic
- Desire and drive to continually improve tools and processes
