Projektbeschreibung

On behalf of a major client, Harvey Nash is urgently looking for IT Supporters with Gmail/Outlook knowhow for a challenging project in Switzerland.

Project focus
- Migration from Outlook to Gmail
- 2nd level support for end users and explain the main differences between Outlook and newly deployed Gmail system.

Main Tasks:
- Contact interfacing with users in all phases of the deployment of Gmail
- Carry out 2nd Level Support tasks.

Special Requirements/Background:

- Experience with Gmail, GoogleDrive and GoogleCalendar technical specifications
- Good knowledge of Outlook functionalities
- Problem solving skills
- Very communicative character
- very good or fluent German, and very good or fluent English.

Project details:
- Start: February or as soon as possible
- Duration: approximately 4 months (with extension option)
- Language: very good or fluent ENGLISH and GERMAN mandatory
