Supportability & Transition Manager

For a big client of us in The Hague we are currently looking for a supportability and Transition Manager. This is a contracting position starting from the 1st of July for 6 months with a chance of extensions.

Together with several organizations within the company you will apply the supportability and transition management process and application of their knowledge to projects, to consistently deliver support requirements.

The role works with a global programme with collaborations across teams and customers in US, Europe and Asia Pacific regions for all the deliverables that requires integrated effort to achieve shared goals.

You are DevOps minded and have Embedded new technologies like SaaS, PaaS and IaaS. Also, you have an end to end approach that focuses on operational considerations, to ensure greater business value from investments. You will be a partner of the more senior projectmanagers and portfolio leads.

What will you be doing in this role?

1) Act as trusted advisor and build effective relationships with System Object Model and ISP organizations matters at Portfolio Level.

2) Understanding the demand for the several projects and translating that into resource plans for the transition phase in terms of demand for resources from the Supportability and Transition, OLM and (Infrastructure and Application) Service Provider teams.

3) Manage the impact of changes in timelines of individual projects within the portfolio including impact on resource demand planning and impact on other projects.

4) Provide consolidated planning and status reporting at line of business level

5) Assuring that the projects follow best practice and deliver a supportable and fit-for-purpose solution in assuring the supportability of the landscapes.

6) Formally escalating to project managers, operate landscape managers any issues and risks associated with a project's support deliverables
