Support Worker / Care Assistant

We are looking for a new members of staff to join our care company.

We provide home care to vulnerable adults who are in need of any type of help either in their own houses or out in the community ( Dementia, Learning Disability, Physical Disabilities and Mental health).

We cover Wokingham and Bracknell Borough Area.

We offer personal care ( washing, showering..) as well as pop in visits with meal and drinks making. We also assist clients with variety of outdoor activities such as swimming, walks, shopping and other chosen activities.

Our company can offer flexible hours for those who can work only in between school runs, are early retired or just looking for some extra income.

The right candidate should be reliable, flexible, responsible, hard working, good time keeper and have a passion about helping other people. The candidates are expected to have a good sense of humor and willing to educate themselves in care sector.

Experience carer welcome. Candidates without care experience must go through Induction Training.

Care workers will required to drive and have their own car. Mileage paid at £0.40/ mile.

Flexible hours available ( early mornings, school hours, evenings, weekends).
