TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Hands on experience with Windows 7
- Tier 2 customer support/help desk experience
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Provide phone support for all deployment/refresh issues that occur within the support time frame
- Responsible for advanced troubleshooting for laptops, iPad hardware and software issues.
- Provide proactive support to users related to data plan consumption, application installations, and other items as required
- Mange support incidents escalated from Level 1 support
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Strong interpersonal skills required
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Tier 2 Customer Support/Help Desk experience
- Experience with Windows 7; iPad experience
- Detail oriented, organized and self-reliant
- Must have flexibility to work varied hours if needed
- Main shift will be either 10:00am-7:00pm or 1:00pm-10:00pm BUT candidates need to able to accommodate hours between 8:00am-10:00pm while on assignment
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS AN EXTENSIVE BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG HAIR SCREENING!
