SUPPORT TECHNICIAN - FRANCE (PARIS)

1X SUPPORT TECHNICIAN - FRANCE (PARIS) is urgently needed on contract basis for our client, a prestigious international telecommunication company. Location is France (Paris). Fluent English and French language  along with similar working experience are a prerequisite for any application

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT, NOT LIMITED TO:

- Perform the integration phase before starting the VABF
- Responsible of integration conformance regarding SFR engineering rules (make sure LLD setting is applied during the integration phase)
- Support SFR validation team during VABF phase
- Perform all the tests needed to finalize the integration phase and reach the PER.
- Point of contact for Huawei R&D in case of any analysis is needed when a problem is seen with the product (capture internal, perform specific tests).
- Prepare technical documentation to support the activities above.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Engineer or University degree in Computer, Electricity or Telecommunication (ESO, ESE, ENST, DEA or DESS Opto-électronic, etc.)
- At least 1 year of experience within Operator validation team
- Good communication skills
- Fluent French and English speaking
- Proactive, flexible and open-minded approach.
- Good experience in technical troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Huawei SRAN solution is preferred, quick learner for new technology.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Good knowledge of UMTS/GSM/LTE standard and protocol
- Good knowledge of RF equipment (spectrum analyzer, noise and signal generator)
- Mobile probe (XCAL/QXDM,Huawei Genex tool)
