Support Technician Excel

We're looking for a candidate with advanced in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting to work onsite Monday through Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years of Deskside support experience including desktop and laptop break-fix
- A+ certification required
- Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel macros, database connection, and report design
- Excel skill set must include advanced Excel functions, Excel macros, formulas and functions
- Ability to analyze raw data in relational structures and gain an understanding of the subject matter with no prior exposure to the data
- High proficiency in MS Office 2007 and MS Office 2010, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Must possess analytical, oral and written communication skills
- Must work independently and efficiently, often without direct supervision
- Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Individual should possess the ability to resolve problems in a calm and quick manner and should display a high degree of initiative and drive
