- Experience in the following required:
- PC Imaging and Deployment
- Microsoft Office 2007, 2010 and 2013
- Active Directory; Windows 2003/2008/2012 Server OS; Windows 7; Network Protocols (DNS, TCP/IP, SMTP, VPN, FTP);
- MS Exchange 2007, 2010 or 2013 Administration
- Mobile Device Management; iOS and Android
- The following experience is a plus:
- Cisco ASA Firewall, Brocade Switches/Routers; Adtran Routers, Network Security; Motorola Wireless Scanners; MS SQL Server 2005/2008/2012; VMware 5.3 Administration; Mobile Device Management (Air Watch a Plus); ShoreTel VOIP Phone System; Wyse Thin Clients
- Completion of A Formal Technical Program/Associates Degree Preferred
- Professional Training and/or Certifications are a Plus
