For our client in Zurich, we are looking for a Support Specialist for a 12 months' contract.
Requirements: - Good understanding & experience working in payments environment of a global acting bank.
- Experience working with C2P would be a plus
- Experience in IT Process Management
- IT Service Operation
- Software management/administration certification (eg ITIL)
- Hands on Java Enterprise, Linux/Unix, Oracle databases, SQL, MQ, Oracle SOA Suite
- Good analytical skilsl and problem solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
