SUPPORT SERVICE SPECIALIST

On behalf of our client, a globally renowned company with international presence, we are looking for a motivated Support Service Specialist in Supply Chain Management for a contracting position in Baden.

Your role:
- Provide a service to the relevant business in order to meet current needs efficiently and provides an auxiliary service to the Procurement and Logistics team
- Identify, register and develop root cause analysis of deficiencies in the operational execution of procurement services
- Engage internal customers and drive efficient services in various administrative areas
- Create, update and customize existing documentation around process governance, tools and methodologies, data sheets and workflows
Your profile:
- Must have strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) with existing knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint. other Microsoft applications are preferable
- Person must be well organized and structured with 3+ YEARS working in an office management related area, with preference in operations for procurement, Sales, Events
- You must be at ease working in dynamic and changing environment
- You must be self reliant, with strong quality and customer focused work ethic
- You must be at ease working with Data and executing general data structuring tasks in Excel
- You must be confident and able to easily articulate thoughts and complex concepts in ENGLISH AND GERMAN
