The Steering Center Talent and Performance Tools is supporting all the Group territories and entities where their tools are deployed. We need to (re-)modelize
the support processes and see how we could standardize throughout the Group the support model.
Function Description
o On a process point of view : modelize each internal operational support processes and formalize them
o Register and summarize existing operational documentation
o Support tools analysis and recommendations
o SWOT analysis of Support team(s)
o Formalize weaknesses and recommendations of improvement
o Find and elaborate synergies between support teams
o Globalize the new model and implement it
o Upgrade documentation consequently

Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience

Knowledge of HR & IT Support tools & processes to discuss with involved parties, support and challenge their requirements/expectations
Preferable
- Knowledge of ITIL/Support Methodology
- Lean/Six Sigma methodologies knowledge/certification
Business Experience
Mandatory
- Experience in management of small projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Process oriented
- Strong communication skills in both French and English, able to sale the benefits of the projects to acquire global adhesion
- International experience
Preferable
Previous experience with BNP Paribas
