Support/OSS Engineer

SPECIFIC SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

- Must be fluent in English
- 4 year Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Versed in Mobile telecommunications, with an exceptional understanding on how a mobile operator functions
- GSM/UMTS Performance Management experience is a huge advantage
- Software Integration experience
- Experience in Wireless Telecoms is an advantage
- Oracle DBA experience is an advantage
- Oracle SQL and PL/SQL experience
- User skills on Unix/Linux/Sun Solaris/Windows operating systems
- Experience in help desk and Service Request tracking tools
- Sense of urgency in sorting out issues raised by customers
- Preferably technically versed in AIRCOM tools.
- Must have the ability to freely talk to customers, and entice operators by passionately talking about mobile telecommunications principles, RAN planning and optimization services and products.
- Understand and be able to put together SOWs
- TX, Core planning, dimensioning and optimization experience would be a plus
- Commercial awareness
