We currently require a Support Officer for the Oxfordshire area to provide an effective visiting support service to people to people with support needs in the Vale of the White Horse area and help us meet the requirements of our Supporting People contract.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be able to empathise, assess and monitor individual needs, and be proactive in seeking solutions. A self-starter who remains calm under pressure and is able to plan and prioritise, you will also have experience of successful interagency working. The working area is flexible and willingness to work as part of a busy team is essential.

A full, current driving licence and access to your own transport is also essential.
