Housing sector client requires Support officers with experience in Housing benefits from a functional perspective, (ie worked as a Benefits Assessor) and will have knowledge of using the Academy Benefits system). You must have functional knowledge of Housing benefits and the Academy system.
Anyone with any technical knowledge of Academy and can provide trouble-shooting support for the system will also be ideal.
