I am looking for an operational/application support officer to work on a Document Management project.

Function Description
- Advise and support departments on various (technical) issues in the specific domain of document processing and recognition in order to fill the needs of the customer or to improve our environment;
- Incident and problem solving;
- Analyze and implement change requests for other business lines.
- Implementation of projects for both and other business lines;
- Provide assistance in case of software errors (Carina, OVS, CHQ, COLD, ...) possibly in collaboration with other teams.
- Deliver proposals to resolve the unhandled faults/future incidents in a structural manner;
- Documenting, drawing up guidelines of changes in the daily tasks;
- Keeping the documentation updated.

Experience
Database experience (Oracle)
Knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of IT standards (TCP/IP, ODBC, windows, unix, iDaP, soap, XML, HTML, cas)
Experience with security settings in a windows environment
