For our banking client we are currently looking for a

Support of Security IT Applications

Start date: 02/05/2017
Duration: 6 months
Location: Zurich

Your tasks:

- support the security IT Support team in Switzerland
- uphold high standards for timely issue resolution
- contribute to the successful rollout and support of the new Smartcard solution
- handle ticketing tool
- support incident management

The ideal candidate shall bring:

- IT background (IT apprenticeship)
- experience with incident management
- an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- the ability stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Databases, Certificates Management, LDAP, AD, Security knowledge
- organized and detail oriented
- adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills
- able to work flexible hours, when needed
- motivated, self-directed and driven
- German/English is a must
