3rd Level Support with profound C#.Net, ASP.NET, SQL Server wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 7-8 years of professionalism working in IT ideally within a Financial organization for wealth management applications
- Competency of Technologies like C#.Net, Asp.NET, SQL Server, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS
- Familiarity with Asset or Wealth Management applications
- Proficiency of SQL querying (T-SQL)
- Competent handling of release management processes like: version control, testing, check outs
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, additional Polish or German is advantageous
YOUR TASKS:
- Performing 1st, 2nd and 3rd Level Technical Support for specific software applications in Wealth Management
- Collaborating with key stakeholders within the business community to ensure high level of service
- Ensuring that incidents are appropriately escalated and resolved
- Driving improvements across software applications including monitoring and automation
