Projektbeschreibung

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work as Support Lead in SAFENET AUTHENTICATION SERVICE (SAS)
- Interact with customer stakeholders for OTP generation, configuration and deployment
- Support SAS teams for OTP roll out to users
- Safenet Token management
- Co-ordination with multiple teams for troubleshooting two factor authentication related errors
- Be a key stakeholder for transitioning current process and procedures.
- Interact with customer stakeholders effectively to gather information as part of Knowledge Acquisition phase.
- Handle escalation process during the end to end process of transition
- Update Remedy Incident management system for incident status updates.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- 6-8years, over all experience in supporting Safenet, RSA SecurID two factor authentication solution
- Hands on experience in supporting two factor authentication solution
- Experience in Knowledge acquisition, for 2 factor authentication services
- Experience in token provisioning, token inventory reconciliation
- Good Client interaction skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
