Supporter L2 (laboratory/manufacturing system) with fluent German skills wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 7+ years' experience with business processes in manufacturing, laboratory or regulated environment
- Proficiency in project environments, system installation and maintenance of operating systems, hardware and peripheral devices
- Certification in ITIL and GxP
- Technical experience along with strong skills in different operating systems (Windows 2003/2008/2012, Windows 7/10)
- Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken is mandatory
YOUR TASKS:
- Ensuring that operational work, project related activities and on-call services are performed according to defined KPIs
- Providing application management and support to ensure operational stability and effectiveness
- Collaborating with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management
- Resolving problems as well as maintaining and developing processes
