Support for International Order Processing in SAP (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Ensure a smooth, timely and accurate order processing in SAP by monitoring iDocs and by

Maintaining correct system transactions related to order management processes among Group companies and 3rd party customers and suppliers, incl. goods receipt and goods Issue -Prepare and ensure availability of all relevant documents to customers and logistics
providers needed to guarantee a timely shipment -Manage possible issues by initiating necessary steps and corrective actions

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Profound experience in a similar position in Supply Chain, Customer Service or Order Management
-Commercial apprenticeship or Bachelor in Supply Chain or equivalent
-Team- and customer-oriented, committed, resilient, likes working in an international Environment, can-do attitude
-SAD SD/MM modules Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-English Advanced
