Support Engineer Windows Server

Our client is a globally recognized software brand seeking a TECH SUPPORT ENGINEER with fluency in both ENGLISH AND SPANISH, including technical writing. Ability to speak Portuguese is a plus. This candidate will be involved with a large scale vendor migration project.

EXPERIENCE

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems development, network operations, software support or IT consulting
- 3 or more years of industry experience with Microsoft Server products
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, Windows 2012, Windows 2003, Windows 8 or TMG Server
- Knowledge of Windows Internals and ability to debug user mode code a plus
- Must have spoken and written communication skills in English and Spanish, including technical writing
- Portuguese knowledge a plus
- Excellent demonstrated customer service skills
- Effective learning skills
- Works well in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Comp. Science, Comp. Info. Sys., Math, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience

This contract position is expected to be 3 to 6 months in duration.
