For one of our clients, Rendeck Automatisering is looking for a SUPPORT ENGINEER TRIPLE A.

ROLE:
The SME is responsible for correct execution of our team's contribution to customer projects, supplying:
- Input to TSM/PM for correct resource and technical requirements
- Managing project requirements during initiation phase (technical input, resource prediction, meet project requirement)
- Managing project requirements during execution phase (resources, planning, PM communication)
- Managing internal requirements to manage project HO2BAU (Handover to BAU)
- Perform internal and external (customer) communication
- Identify opportunities for new business, pool/account wide (not restricted to own organization)
- Keep the internal Project Database up-to-date; for project execution tracking).

The Support Engineer Triple A is capable of performing day-to-day BAU activities for customers Triple A implementations for various countries.
- Supply standby support on Triple A
- Train our India team members on Triple A support
- Schedule Triple A tasks on Mainframe through OPC scheduler
- Deploy new applications on Triple A
- Assist customer on best architectural questions concerning Triple A

SKILLS:
SME and Dispatcher (Projects)
The project-dispatcher is responsible for correct execution of our team's contribution to customer projects, required skills:
- very good communication skills (able to withstand high demanding stakeholders, internal and external)
- excellent technical insight on application requirements (Windows, Unix, iSeries and Mainframe based)
- translate project requirements into skills, resourcing, hours, planning. All within customer contract and IBM's GDF implementation.
- work with other teams (dispatchers) in execution phase
- manage projects including Handover to BAU
- take place in key-role meeting within team

Triple A Support
- able to manage Unix based Triple A installations.
- perform standby duties for Triple A
- able to train others

EXPERIENCE:
- Teamlead experience (minimal 3 years)
- Triple A supporter (minimal 3 years)
- Schedule jobs on Mainframe using OPC
