This role will provide support to end users via e-mail, meetings, telephone, and written correspondence. Create sample code, how to articles, troubleshooting steps, user guide etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must have relevant work experience using the skills below
- HTML and JavaScript expertise
- T-SQL script, store procedure expertise
- .NET skills plus (C#)
- Documentation experience
- Excellent customer service skills, strong communication, problem solving
