As the Support Engineer you will have skills in the following areas:
- A proven track record of providing high-level support in the domain of complex software applications is mandatory for this function.
- Good knowledge of software development in general.
- Experience in (supporting) SDK's.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operation systems and administration.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking (Ethernet, routing, and packet filtering) and Protocols Analyzer Tools.
- Good knowledge of Firewall/Proxy products and network security.
- Good knowledge of Internet technologies such as HTTP, HTML, SSL, S-MIME,
- English and Dutch mandatory
