Support Engineer -L1/2 Support, As400, Pl1, Oracle PL/SQL, Unix support - Senior wanted for our Zurich based client in the ICT sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Working experience as L1 Support Engineer
- Practical knowledge in and experience with AS400, PL1 and PL/SQL
- Familiarity with Unix and SQL with solid experience in supporting SQL Applications and querying (Oracle/Microsoft SQL), Mainframe (AS400)
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Resolving tickets raised as per the defined standards of time, cost and quality for increased customer satisfaction as well as documenting all the defined processes and the methods of resolving tickets
- Troubleshooting and resolve tickets raised by the clients.
- Conducting training programs for new joiners and performing knowledge transition during project enhancements
- Keeping track of latest technologies and related areas
