Projektbeschreibung

My client requires a Support Engineer, that would suit someone with 12-18 months IT experience, that must be fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Your main duties will be as follows;

- Log every Incident or Service request with correct detailed information in the Service Desk tool
- Restore normal service as quickly as possible in case of incidents
- Meet or exceed targets set by SLA for addressing Incidents or Service requests
- Escalate incidents to the appropriate team if you cannot resolve the issue within pre-defined time intervals
- Escalate issues to management
- Verify closure of Incident and Service Request as appropriate and after verification with the user/requester
- Ensure service requests are routed to the appropriate service provider
- Assist as a member of the team in the development and maintenance of the service desk application, liaising with team members to keep up to date with knowledge about the use of defined tools, templates and standards.
- Organize work efficiently and effective with guidance from the Solution Provision Manager
- Undertake training and development where necessary to maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies
- Maintain up to date knowledge of services available
- You will need to possess the following technical experience
- MS Office
- Email
- Web/Internet technologies
- Electronic Scheduling
- File Management
- Use of a Service Desk tool
- ITILv3 Foundation certified is a plus
