Support Engineer - Informatica PowerCenter, BOXI, Tableau wanted for our Zurich based client in the IT sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Previous working experience as L3 Support Engineer
- Extensive experience with SQL Server and PL/SQL primarily in relation to relevant support experience
- Strong background in Business Objects, TABLEAU, Informatica Power Center, Oracle, SQL, Control M, and Unix ShellScripting
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Resolving tickets raised as per the defined standards of time, cost and quality for increased customer satisfaction as well as documenting all the defined processes and the methods of resolving tickets
- Troubleshooting and resolve tickets raised by the clients.
- Conducting training programs for new joiners and performing knowledge transition during project enhancements
- Keeping track of latest technologies and related areas
