Our very high-visibility client is looking for a Service Engineer to be part of an N-tiered support team. This team is supporting a large scale Data Management Platform. This is a BI/Reporting system for the Product Marketing Group.

REQUIREMENTS:

- New Data: Acquiring and onboarding data sources
- Data Acquisition: Deploy data getters to Azure/OSI-hted data collection arm
- Data Delivery: Customer lifetime value derivation
- Pipeline: Adoption of ETL patterns and naming standards
- Infrastructure and reliability:
- Infrastructure Monitoring
- Incident Management
- Build, Deploy and Test
- Instrumentation and Data Quality
- Implementation and integration of monitoring
- Implementation of Runners/Heartbeat
- Knowledge management
- Driving efficiencies into the platform:
- Improving operational efficiency
- Troubleshooting and arriving at recommendations at the ops layer
- Interacting with the service consumers for troubleshooting
