Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Support Engineer on a contract basis for an excellent client based in Sussex. The ideal candidate must have worked for a small IT organisation before providing support across a number of different technologies.

The role will include working within a busy organisation dealing with a variety of technical queries remotely. The ideal candidate will have a broad technical background with skills supporting Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory and BAU support. The role will be mainly remote based but will include travelling to client sites from time to time so any applicants must have access to a car and a clean driving license.

Essential skills include:

Solid Support Experience
Exchange
Active Directory
Experience working on a busy helpdesk supporting a variety of technologies.
Experience supporting VMware and Citrix
Broad range of many different skills
