My client is looking for a Support Engineer (2nd Level Support/2nd Line Support) for a contract in Brussels, Belgium.

This resource is required for;

Management of incidents not solved by the first line
IMAC
On-site support

Tools:

SCCM for remote control

Other important elements:

Good contact user, independent, resourceful, ability to deal with unexpected situations, trustworthy.
License (work on different sites).
Core competency: PC support XP OS and Win 7, Office (2003 and 2010), core network, server administration base.
Minimum of 3/4 years of experience in this type of function

80% of interventions are in French
20% of interventions are in Dutch

Duration: 1 month with possible extension
Location: Brussel area
Language: French (Native) & Dutch
Availability: ASAP
Type of Contract: Service Level Agreement
