Support Engineer

For a big client of us in the oil & gas industry we are looking for a Support Engineer to work on one of their locations in AMSTERDAM. This is a contracting opportunity for 6 months + extensions.

If you would love to work in an INTERNATIONAL AND MULTICULTURAL environment this is the perfect role for you. You will provide end to end coverage for a highly critical application in their lab environment, as well as the underlying infrastructure. Therefore you must be able to identify INFRASTRUCTURE issues and coordinate with infrastructure service providers to resolve issues. You will use a variety of documentation, support, compliance, and reporting tools to support the application landscape. Assist with IRM review of lab IT environments.

We are looking for a candidate that has experience with delivering support to CITRIX PORTAL BASED APPLICATIONS. It would be ideal if you have been in a role before within a LAB ENVIRONMENT and that you can understand how lab instruments interface with IT infrastructure.
