I currently require an experienced Support Engineer to work in a busy Real Time support environment. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years experience of MS Exchange, Cisco, VMWare, Windows Server technologies and have worked in an ITIL environment and have the ability to put together detailed systems documentation. The role will also involve project based work and the implementation and upgrading of existing equipment.
