Support Engineer

The candidate in this position will assist the Operations Manager in the day-to-day organization operations related tasks, including implementation of SharePoint infrastructure and maintenance of MOSS sites, data management and analysis, headcount and budget tracking, Excel pivots and data charts, program execution tracking, indicator development and maintenance.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and team oriented environment
- Experience in Development and support of web infrastructure including experience in SharePoint design/development including creation of custom sites, custom master pages, custom web parts, custom workflows, custom reports
- Excellent knowledge of Data Analysis including MS Excel pivots, database knowledge and heavy data mining
- 1 year or more of experience with SQL databases (MS-SQL, MySQL) and database programming

PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Experience with Microsoft Project
- Development and support of SQL databases and database applications
- Software/programming languages (ie C, C++, Visual Basic/.NET, Object-oriented language, etc.)
