Projektbeschreibung
This candidate will be triaging customer feedback and validating that feedback to send to the product group. S/He will work with Project Managers and Developers for detailed explanations of customer feedback and determine the level of support.
All work is highly confidential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and document support issues
- Use support tools to triage fix request
- Use appropriate communication skills to provide customer feedback
- Develop tools and processes as needed
SKILLS:
- Familiarity with current web browsers
- Understanding of CSS, HTLM5 and HTLM formatting
- Understanding how sites are rendering in different browser sites
- Web development background required
- Experience testing browsers are nice to have; no coding
- Customer service, communication, and problem solving skills
- Sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
This contract is expected to be 12 months in duration.
