Based Watford with field based support to customers.
Role: Supprot Engineer.
Skills: 2nd Line, Field based exp., Windows XP, Networking, Norton Ghost, Teamviewer.
Duration: 3 months, rolling
Rate: £15-20P/H
Client requires a strong 2nd Line Support Engineer to provide additional support during a project implementation.
Must have own transport.
Base line skill set should include:
Foundation desk side support certification such as mscdt/comptia A+ or equiv
Networking certs also desirable but not essential (Cisco CCNA/comptia network+ or equiv)
Minimum 3 years exp in a support role, field experience pref.
Experience with Norton ghost, Teamviewer and Faronics Deep Freeze.
Time split between telephone support here on site and field support/installation in the customer site.
